New Hire Benefits Information

As a new hire, your benefit elections MUST be made between day 30 and day 90 of your waiting period. If you do not elect coverage during this time, you will NOT be eligible​ for benefits during the current calendar year, unless you have a qualified life event. 

​To enroll in coverage, you can log into by using your Empower ID credentials and clicking on the myTGHR link at the top of the page and navigate to the "Health Benefits" link. This will take you to the benefits portal to make your election. If you receive an error after day 30 of your waiting period, please contact​ 1-844-313-8447 and choose Option 1 so we can assist you.

If you prefer to make your elections over the phone, please call 1-844-313-8447 and choose Option 1 for assistance.

You can also access additional resources and provider contact information by logging into with your Empower ID credentials.  Once logged in;

  1. Click Resources on the orange menu bar
  2. Select Human Resources
  3. Select New Hire Benefits
